Consequently our Kiln Girth Gear is engineered to OEM specifications.  Additionally we provide engineered CAD drawings that include dimensional data of the gear.  Finally in order to manufacture to our customer’s specifications, drawings sent to our customers prior to production.

Also, RSC’s engineering group reverse engineers to exact OEM specifications, and develops new or enhanced designs of a customer’s Kiln Girth Gears.  Engineering services include mill specs and metallurgical verification.  In addition, RSC recommends upgrades in metallurgy and mounting designs. Finally all parts and repairs guaranteed for one full year.
