Trunnion Rollers are engineered to OEM specifications. We provide engineered drawings that include dimensional data of the part.  In order to manufacture the trunnion rollers to our customer’s specifications, drawings are sent to our customers prior to production for approval.

In addition, RSC’s engineering group engineers to OEM specifications or develops new or enhanced designs of a customer’s Trunnion Rollers.  These engineering services include mill specs and any required metallurgical verification.  In addition, RSC recommends upgrades in metallurgy and mounting designs when available.
