RSC (Rotary Service Company) specializes in tire and trunnion grinding. We found that many maintenance issues seen during normal operations relate directly to the condition of tires and trunnions on the vessel. Tire Supports (Filler Bars)
We also provide tire support (filler-bar) installation along with the installation of new 1 piece or 4 piece tires on your vessel. See our Tire Support Installation page. New vessel installation from concept through engineering and manufacture are well within our capability. Our engineering department provides sizing the vessel, burner design and material handling to maximize your process.
RSC provides upgrade services for your rotary kiln, dryer, cooler and calciner. We are well versed in direct-fire or indirect-fire designs and have distributorships with several burner manufacturers for burners, gas trains and control systems.
We provide field service, parts and maintenance to our clients twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. Our vast experience throughout the industry with Kilns, Calciners, Coolers, Granulators, Steam Tube Dryers, direct and indirect Fired Dryers provides cost effective solutions to your rotary equipment problems.
